The Access Players Club at the Colorado Belle
ACCESS Players Club is our Casino Player Rewards Program. We are making improvements to the program and will now be offering five card tiers. Five tiers will make it faster and easier for club members to move up in tiers to receive greater rewards! The machines have been updated and will give you information about your account and current rewards.

HOW CAN I GET AN ACCESS CARD?

It’s simple and easy! You can sign up 24/7 for your complimentary ACCESS membership at Casino Services or at Table Games.

CAN I CONTINUE TO USE MY EXISTING ACCESS CARD?
The new system is being installed August 1-14. While the installation is under way, you will be able to use your old cards in machines that have not been converted to the one-card system. HOWEVER, you will need your NEW CARD to access your dining rewards and to play the machines that are on the one-card system. Once the updated games are in place, the old ACCESS cards will no longer work in the games, kiosk promotions, or for line privileges. Redemption of comp dollars and points will no longer be possible on your old ACCESS card. You will need to get your new ACCESS card to use comp dollars. Troy, on August 14, please delete this one and use the following one (I have in blue):

CAN I CONTINUE TO USE MY EXISTING ACCESS CARD?
No, you will need a new card—your old card will not work properly in the machine.

DO I NEED A ‘NEW’ ACCESS CARD?
YES! You will need to visit Casino Services and get a new card. All of your reward balances will be transferred to the new card number. It will be valid for use at Colorado Belle and Edgewater for any transitioned machines and all dining outlets. Ultimately, you will only need the one card!

WILL MY ACCESS CARD HAVE THE SAME NUMBER AS I ALWAYS HAD?
No, your current ACCESS card number will be replaced by a new card number. Visit Casino Services for more information.

WILL I NEED TO RESET THE PIN NUMBER?
Your new card will definitely need a new PIN number. Please visit Casino Services.

WHAT WILL NEW MEMBERS GET?
New Members will get a red Preferred card.

WHEN CAN I START USING MY NEW ACCESS CARD?
You may begin to use your new ACCESS Card as soon as you receive it, beginning August 1st. The card will be valid for all of the machines with yellow balloons during the updating of the games. You will need your new card for redemption of comp dollars at Edgewater and Colorado Belle dining outlets.

WILL I GET THE SAME BENEFITS AS I DID BEFORE?

YES! You can redeem your points as before. 500 Points = $1 will continue with ACCESS Rewards. Starting Aug 1, 2016 you’ll be able to earn even more exciting rewards including earning rewards at Colorado Belle and Edgewater.

ARE THE POINTS CALCULATED THE SAME WAY AT ALL MARNELL GAMING PROPERTIES?
YES! All earning rules will be the same at Colorado Belle and Edgewater.

DO 500 POINTS STILL EQUAL $1 CASH WITH ACCESS REWARDS?
YES! 500 Points = $1 will continue. Use your ACCESS Rewards Points any time for Cash Back, Free Play and Comps.

WILL MY CURRENT POINTS TRANSFER TO MY NEW ACCESS REWARDS CARD?
YES! All points, comps and offers will transfer to the new ACCESS card.

DO MY POINTS AND COMPS EXPIRE?
Points and comp balances expire after showing no activity for a 12-month period.
 
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STATUS POINTS AND REWARDS POINTS?

’Status Points’ are used to evaluate your ACCESS Rewards tier.
‘Rewards Points’ are earned through coin-in and multipliers. Your point balance is available for redemption for cash back, free play and food.

DOES $1 COIN-IN EQUAL 1 TIER POINT WITH ACCESS REWARDS?
Tier Points are determined based on machine type.
Reel Slots, $1 coin-in is equal to 1 rewards point.
Video Poker, $2 coin-in is equal to 1 rewards point.
Use your ACCESS Points any time for Cash Back, Free Play and Food.

WILL MY ACCESS CARD GIVE ME HEAD OF LINE PRIVILEGES ANYWHERE IN THE CASINO?
Based upon your Tier there are line privileges for ACCESS card holders.

ARE COMPS BEING MERGED FROM BOTH PROPERTIES?
YES! Comps are to be merged.

WILL MY CURRENT ACCESS REWARDS CARD LEVEL TRANSFER OVER TO MY NEW ACCESS REWARDS CARD?
All tier levels will be transferred over to the corresponding level in the new club based on your total tier points.

WHEN CAN I HAVE AN ACCESS REWARDS CARD MADE?

CAN I GET UPGRADED TO THE NEXT TIER LEVEL DURING MY CURRENT PERIOD?
Guests are able to change tier levels daily based upon qualified play. Please visit Casino Services for status and upgrades.

HOW OFTEN ARE CARD LEVELS FOR GUESTS DETERMINED?
Tier levels are evaluated semi-annually, typically on June 30 and December 31, looking at play for the previous 6-month period for Local card holders and every 12 month period ending December 31 for Non Locals.

I'M NON-LOCAL AND CAN ONLY VISIT ONCE A YEAR. DOES THAT MEAN I LOSE MY POINTS IF I DON'T USE IT WITHIN 12 MONTHS?
YES. Point and comp balances expire after showing no activity for a 12-month period.

DO I NEED IDENTIFICATION TO PICK UP AN ACCESS REWARDS CARD?
YES! A valid government issued ID is required for all card transactions.

CAN I PICK UP AN ACCESS REWARDS CARD FOR MY SPOUSE?
Each member must be present with valid ID for all card transactions, so your spouse will need to come in person to get a card.

MY SPOUSE CANNOT COME IN TO GET A NEW ACCESS REWARDS CARD. CAN YOU MAIL ONE?
We do not mail cards. Each member must be present with valid ID for all card transactions, so your spouse will need to come in person to get a card.

CAN MY SPOUSE AND I HAVE A JOINT MEMBERSHIP?
Accounts cannot be joined.
